Asl Oyna starts production of light bottles based on NNPB technology

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Asl Oyna, a leading producer of glassware in Central Asia, started production of glass bottles based on innovative technology for the region.
From March 2014, the plant started production of lighter bottles based on NNPB technology, which helps to decreases the weight bottle in average by 15-20%.
Introduction of new technology was a result of cooperation with a leading producer of equipment for production of glassware Heye International and high quality specialists of the enterprise.
Zuhriddin Eshmetov, head of the production, said that the company clearly understood that introduction of NNPC technology is huge risk as production process become more difficult and there are need for high quality specialists. He said that the group of specialist of Asl Oyna visited Germany in December 2013 to learn production process of light bottles.
The plant underlined that the customers will highly rate advantage of new technology. The company signed contracts on production of glassware bottles for large consumers in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, and negotiations are underway in Turkmenistan.
Tohirhodja Burhodjaev, head of commercial plant of Asl Oyna, said that the consumers will highly rate light bottles. The soft drinks producers will receive additional advantage, buying new light bottles. He said that the light bottles are novelty for Central Asia.
Asl Oyna is planning to not stop on introduction of innovative technologies into production process. In early 2015, it is planned to launch new glassware production line, which will be equipped with European technologies and increase production capacity twice.
