Uzbekistan jumps seven places up in new FIFA ranking

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) announced its new ranking of national teams.
According to new ranking, Uzbekistan jumped seven points up and now holds the 52nd place in the world.
Uzbekistan is the third team in the Asia after Japan (45th place) and Iran (49).
Among the CIS states, Uzbekistan is also on the fourth place after Ukraine (22), Russia (23) and Armenia (41).
Germany, Argentina and the Netherlands are top three nations in the FIFA ranking.
