Gallup: Citizens of Uzbekistan feel themselves secure

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan are feeling themselves secure in their country, according to survey of the US-based Gallup.
Gallup surveyed citizens of over 150 countries of the world on level of crime in their communities and reliability of work of the law enforcement bodies. Law and order index was prepared based on the survey.
According to survey, law and order index in Uzbekistan made up 88 points in 2013, which rose by 7 points compared to 2009. Gallup said that this is the best figure in the world.
Law and order index in Tajikistan rose by 10 points – to 88 points. Georgia was third with 87 points (+4 points).
The figure of Kazakhstan fell by 4 points and made up 59 points in 2013. Kazakhstan was on the tenth place among the CIS states. Russia was 11th with 57 points (+7). Ukraine was on the last 13th place with 53 points (+5).
