New tariffs for hot water, heating set in Tashkent from 1 October

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent will introduce new tariffs of central heating, as well as hot and cold water supply from 1 October 2014, Tashteploenergo (Tashkent heating energy) said in a statement.
Tashteploenergo said that the monthly tariff for centralized heating for population will increase from 787.95 soums per square of habitation to 844.67 soums from 1 October. The growth rate made up 7.2%.
New tariff for hot water will make up 10,570.54 soums per person if there is no meter compared to current 9,960.67 soums. Tariffs for hot water will be set at 2,706.76 soums per cubic meter if there is a meter (now – 2,524.99 soums).
Tariffs for dormitory habitants with general shower rooms increased from 7,863.46 soums to 7,335.38 soums per person.
Last time, prices for hot water and heating increased on 1 April 2014.
