Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The 11th International Exhibition “Transport and Logistics - TransUzbekistan 2014” started its work in Tashkent on 14 November.
The organizers of the exhibition are International Exhibition Company ITE Uzbekistan and its partners - ITE group companies.
The main objective of the only specialized exhibition of transport and logistics industry in Uzbekistan is a demonstration of the possibilities and prospects of local companies, as well as foreign specialists wishing to enter the market of Uzbekistan, as a bridge between Asia and Europe.
The industry professionals from around the world confirmed their participation in the TransUzbekistan 2014. The show includes about 50 companies from the following countries: Belarus, Georgia, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Uzbekistan. The proportion of foreign exhibitors was 88%, local 12%, respectively.
The active desire of cooperation by the Baltic countries gives great opportunities to companies wishing to enter the sea routes passages. For the third consecutive year the National Party of Latvia takes part in the exhibition, this time with 12 companies.
The transport infrastructure is well developed in Latvia due to the wide network of railways directly connected to the network of the CIS. Major ports of Latvia in Riga, Ventspils and Liepaja play a significant role in the transit trade. They are a convenient gateway for imports and exports for the CIS countries, the European Union and the world. The entire range of services, including special economic zones, will also be presented at the TransUzbekistan 2014.
In the status of a permanent member is the Lithuanian Linava, which will also present a number of companies - Daimanta, Svevala, Stanvita, Megamotus et al.
The central part of the exhibition is taken by companies of the Russian Federation in areas such as Logistics, Rail transportation, Material Handling Equipment, Railway Industry, Accessories and others. The exhibitors of this year include major players in the market such as - AVP Technology, Baltkran, Vostochniy express, Intertrans, Rhythm TPTA, SDS-Mash, MTZ Transmash, Transmashholding and Electromechanics.
Chinese companies Sinochain Logistics and Trans Sea And Railway Logistics Group are debutants of the exhibition and will present a wide range of logistics services.
Lark Logistics, founded in 2005 in India and specializes in the delivery of goods in the country of the Russian Federation and Central Asia, also participates in the event.
For the first time ever in Uzbekistan and only on TransUzbekistan 2014, Georgia will introduce Trans Caucasus Terminals - a subsidiary of JSC Georgian Railway.
International Exhibition TransUzbekistan this year differs with a rich program of participation of local companies, a B2B dialogue will be held at International Monitoring Group stand with integrated solutions for satellite vehicle monitoring and control of fuel consumption, SP Man Auto-Uzbekistan stand - offering Germany quality standards in Uzbekistan, representatives of Transgroup Systems L.P the main activity of which is freight forwarding by rail on the territory of CIS and Baltic countries, Afghanistan, Eastern Region, TRACECA corridor, among the participants of the exhibition is the debutant, Universal Logistics Services- the largest modern railway container terminal in Uzbekistan, located at Chukursay station,Tashkent region and offers a full range of services on handling containers, wagons, and oversized cargo.
New section addition to the exhibition was the automotive parts sector - Auto&Parts Uzbekistan. The focus of the exhibition is the service for all kinds of vehicles. The effectiveness of international transport depends on the condition of vehicles.
Exhibitors include manufacturers of a wide range of tires from Iran - Razi Industrial Group, a diversified company from Italy - Termomeccanica GL, a manufacturer of high quality products for the vehicle repair, also specializing in the development and refinement of made-to-order planning drawings in engineering, aviation and transport engineering.
TransUzbekistan remains the only specialized exhibition area, where there are experts in the fields of transport, logistics and international freight. Over the years, the exhibition has attracted more than 250 companies, including the world-famous players of the transport market.
International Exhibition TransUzbekistan is part of a series of specialized transport exhibitions of ITE Group in the CIS countries, Europe, Asia and the CIS.
