The Uzbek sides expressed condolences with the death of the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Uzbek side said that the conference should unite forces to fight terrorism.
The conference participants considered issues related to Islam, terroristic groups, which are using Islam as a shield.

The recommendation came in a communique after the three-day conference organized by the Mecca-based Muslim World League, a group of nongovernment organizations.
“The fight against terrorism and religious extremism does not conflict with Islam,” the statement said.
“Terrorism has no religion or homeland, and to accuse Islam of being behind terrorism is unjust and false,” it added.
