British Council holds contest English4Employability

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- British Council in cooperation with Alpha Omega College of Bath University launched a contest English4Employability for students, graduates and young specialists of Uzbekistan, as well as other European and CIS states.
The contest allows to win two-week English language course in Great Britain. The contest is conducted within the programme SEE Into the Future.
Currently, English language is one of important skills, which is required for employment. SEE Into the Future programme of the British Council helps young people to develop and improve English language skills to open perspectives for successful employment.
People at the age of over 18 can participate in the contest, writing answer to question “Why do you need English for your employment?”. The answer should be posted at the website of British Council and Facebook page of British Council in Uzbekistan.
The authors of the best posts will receive prizes from British Council. The author of the best answer from Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Israel can win two-week course at the Alpha Omega College of Bath University.
The participants can win online English language course “Learn English Pathway” from the British Council.
The winners will be determined by the members of the jury. The contest will last till 30 March 2015.
