Uzbekistan currently has no plans to open office of migration service in Russia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan currently has no plans to open representative office of its migration service in Russia, the press service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Uzbekistan said.
Uzbekistan and Russia have no concrete agreements on opening of office of the Agency for foreign labour migration of Uzbekistan in Russia, the ministry said.
According to the ministry, representative office can be opened after Uzbekistan and Russia sign inter-governmental agreement.
RIA Novosti reported on 15 April citing deputy chief of Federal Migration Service of Russia Yekaterina Yegorova that migration service of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan can open their offices in Russia.
The Agency for foreign labour migration of Uzbekistan is an authorized body for labour migrations.
