Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan will attend the 42nd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC CFM), the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.
“On 27-28 May, 2015, in El-Kuwait, the Delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov will attend the 42nd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation,” the statement of the Ministry reads.
The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation is an international organisation founded in 1969 consisting of 57 member states. The organisation states that it is "the collective voice of the Muslim world" and works to "safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony".
