Movement of vehicles to be limited in some Tashkent streets

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Movement of vehicles will be limited in some central cities of Tashkent city on 31 August 2015 in connection with celebrations of the 24th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence, the press service of Tashkent city administration said.
The press service of Tashkent city administration said that the Governor of the capital Rakhmonbek Usmanov signed a corresponding order on 28 August.
According to the decision, the movement of transports will be suspended at Bunyodkor street (road from Muqimiy to Koratosh streets), Koratosh street (from Samarkand Darvoza to Bunyodkor streets), Uzbekistan street (from Bunyodkor to Almazar streets), Babur street (from Urikzor to Sharshara streets), Beshagach street (from Uzbekistan to Furkat streets), Furkat street (from Sharshara to Navoi streets), Almazar street (from Uzbekistan to Beshagach streets), and entry to tunnels from Sebzar and Zarkaynar streets from 15:00 to 23:00 on 31 August.
The guests and citizens of the Uzbek capital will not be use metro stations “Yoshlik” and “Bunyodkor” from 15:00 to 23:00 on 31 August, which are located near Istiqlol Art Palace.
In connection with celebration of Independence Day, movement of vehicles in some streets, located near places, hosting holiday events, can be limited if necessary to ensure safety of population on 1 September.
The administration said that movement of transports can be limited in streets near Central Officers House, Tashkent zoo, Tashkent Circus, Baht Diyor Guzar, Gafur Gulyam Park, Mirzo Ulugbek Park, Bobuk Park, Furqat Park, Bogishamol Park, Quyosh Nuri Park. The movement of vehicles can be limited in other streets if there is need for it.
