President creates commission to investigate bus incident in Kazakhstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A special governmental commission, which will investigate reasons behind ignition of the bus in Kazakhstan and identify Uzbek citizens, was created in Uzbekistan.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan, the commission was created in line with the order of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov headed this commission. The commission also included representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health and other departments.
The President entrusted the commission with task of establishing causes of ignition of the bus in Kazakhstan and taking measures to identify citizens of Uzbekistan.
A bus caught fire in Irgiz district of Aktau region of Kazakhstan on Thursday, 18 January. In the result, 52 passengers died and five people were injured in the result of incident. According to preliminary data, most of the passengers were citizens of Uzbekistan.
