Experts are considering the possibility of creating a single call-center in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian company Gran Call-Center held a presentation of its system and negotiations on the introduction of a single call-center in the territory of Uzbekistan for all public services, including HOAs, appeals to the city’s khokim portal.
It was noted that the call center will process all the information received, classify it and give general analysis, the press service of the Tashkent city administration said.
Grand Call-center works all over Russia, cooperates with the government and the Moscow mayor’s office. In our country, representatives of the company plan to create about 2000 jobs - employees of the call center.
The proposed project is under consideration.
