 Brazilian coach Sergio Sapo and the UFF President Mirabrar Usmanov Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Brazilian coach Sergio Sapo arrived in Uzbekistan on 26 August 2009 to take over reigns of Uzbekistan futsal team.
On 27 August, Sapo met the UFF President Mirabrar Usmonov to discuss details of his contract. At the meeting, Usmonov welcomed decision of Sapo to work in Uzbekistan.
He said that arrival of Sapo can boost popularization and development of futsal in Uzbekistan. He added that the federation will create all necessary conditions to the Brazilian coach.
In his turn, Sapo said he will work hard to develop futsal and Uzbekistan national team.
The UFF said that Sergio Sapo will sign agreement with the federation soon. It is expected that the sides sign contract till 2012. |
