Ravshan Irmatov appointed for 2010 FIFA World Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ravshan Irmatov became the first referee of Uzbekistan, who will be refereeing in FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

FIFA announced list of 30 referees, who were appointed for 2010 FIFA World Cup. The referees represent 28 countries.

Irmatov, the Best Asian referee in 2008 and 2009, will be assisted by Rafael Ilyasov from Uzbekistan and Bakhadyr Kuchkarov from Kyrgyzstan.

It is worth to note that Ravshan Irmatov is only referee from the CIS and Baltic states, included into list of the FIFA.
