Uzeltehsanoat and KDC Enertek planning to create plant in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzeltehsanoat Association and KDC Enertek (South Korea) are planning to construct enterprise on production of energy saving light diode and ceramic lightening equipment in Tashkent, not at the Navoi fee industrial-economic zone.
As earlier reported quoting Gazeta.uz, the sides signed an agreement on creation of enterprise on production of energy saving light diode and ceramic lightening equipment.
Gazeta.uz posted another article, in which Uzeltehsanoat Association confirmed the signing of the agreement, but added that the sides are planning to create plant in Tashkent on the base of Foton OJSC.
The association said that both agreement and negotiations did not touched financial-economic figures of the project, including investments volume as written in the article.
Uzeltehsanoat Association said the Korean side is searching for resources, which will help to realize the project. It added that the sides suspended negotiations up to determining sources of project financing.
The association noted that the negotiations with KDC Enertek will be continued after determining sources of financing.
