Winners of Navqiron O‘zbekiston festival awarded

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The ceremony of awarding the winners of the national festival of traditional and contemporary art Navqiron O‘zbekiston 2010 was held in Tashkent. The event was organized by the Fund “Forum of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan” together with Arts Academy.

The festival participants competed in directions like paintings, graphics, sculpture, design, photography, video art, installation, pottery, woodcarving and others.

Various exhibitions, master classes, seminars and presentations were held in the framework of the festival, UzA reported.

The winners of Navqiron O‘zbekiston 2010 are Saodat Mirzaeyva, Nigora Sharafkhodjayeva, Mirzagalib Akromov, Dilnoza Narzullayeva, Yana Altinbayeva, Tatiana Fadeyeva, Gairat Ibragimov and Kamola Ikromova.

The chairman of the trusteeship council of the Fund “Forum of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan’ Gulnara Karimova presented the diplomas and prizes to the festival winners.
