Professor Rein Mullerson, the participant of the Global Forum, arrived in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Visits of participants of the Global Forum "Human Rights Education", which will be held in the city of Samarkand on 5-6 December, have begun.

On 3 December 2022, Director of the National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights Akmal Saidov met Rein Mullerson, Honorary Professor of the Academy of Management, Law and Society of Tallinn University (Estonia), at the Tashkent International Airport.

Professor Rein Mullerson is one of Uzbekistan’s close partners. In 2022, he was awarded the “For the Protection of Human Rights” badge (Uzbekistan) for effective international cooperation in the field of scientific and educational work on human rights.

Rein Mullerson participates in the work of the Global Forum. In particular, the scholar is expected to give a lecture at the "Master Classes in Human Rights Education".

To meet foreign participants of the Global Forum, special headquarters were created at the National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights, as well as at the international airports of Tashkent and Samarkand.

All necessary measures are being taken to accommodate guests in hotels, provide them with vehicles, organize trips to get to know the country.
