Agrologistic complex BMB-NRC Agrologistics opens in Jizzakh region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The first stage of the BMB-NRC Agrologistics agrologistics complex was launched in Sharaf-Rashidov district of Jizzakh region. This was reported by the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Investors from Uzbekistan and Russia took part in the project. The complex is one of the largest joint projects between Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.
The complex was created on an area of 40 hectares. The complex will create workshops for sorting and calibrating various agricultural products, their processing, packaging and storage. The cost of the project is estimated at 709.7 billion soums.
The project will be implemented in three stages. After reaching full capacity, the complex will be able to prepare up to 810 thousand tons of agricultural products per year for export.
Customs, phytosanitary and banking services will be organized on the territory of the complex. The complex will supply agricultural products to Russia and the CIS countries without additional checks and delays.
