Some 7,200 Uzbek people to perform Hajj pilgrimage in 2017

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Annual quota for Hajj, allocated to pilgrims from Uzbekistan, was set at the level of 7,200 people, the press service of the Department on Religious affairs under the Cabinet of Uzbekistan said.
Department on Religious affairs said that annual quota for Hajj pilgrims increased from 5,200 to 7,200 people.
Department underlined that the decision was adopted in connection with the growth of those wishing to conduct pilgrimage.
At the same time, pilgrims, who already conducted pilgrimage, will not be able to perform Hajj pilgrimage this year.
