Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A draft law “On protection of children from information, harming their health” was developed in Uzbekistan.
The document was published at portal for discussion of normative and legal acts.
The draft law said that information, harming health of children, banned for distribution among children, as well as information, dissemination of which limited among set category of people.
Information, banned for dissemination among children, include information, threatening to their life and health, including harm to health, suicide, information called to consume alcohol or tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic and other chemicals, etc.
Among information, banned for dissemination among children, are calls for violence and cruelty, denying family values and promoting debauchery, and forming disrespect for parents and other family members, etc.
Information, banned for dissemination among children, include calling for law violations, containing pornography, about children, etc.
The draft law said that age restrictions can be set for content, which include cruelty, psychological violations, causing fear, horror and panic among children, calling for suicide, images and description of sexual relations, etc.
The content could be marked with age restriction signs as +7, +14, +18, and banned for children view.
