Uzbekistan wins nine gold medals of ASBC Boxing Championships Tashkent 2017

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan national team clinched 9 gold medals of ASBC Boxing Championships Tashkent 2017 in Tashkent.

On 7 May, five boxers of Uzbekistan won their final bouts to claim the gold medals.

In the weight category of 69 kg Shakhram Giyosov defeated Ablaikhan Zhassupov from Kazakhstan and won the gold medal.

Bakhodir Jalolov won the gold medal of ASBC Boxing Championships Tashkent 2017 in the weight of over 91 kg, beating Kamshibek Kunkabaev from Kazakhstan.

Hasanboy Dusmatov became the Asian champion in the weight category of 49 kg. In the final bout, he defeated Gan-Erdene Ganhuyam from Mongolia.

In weight category of 52 kg, Jasurbek Latipov won the ASBC Boxing Championships Tashkent 2017. He beat Inkyu Kim of South Korea.

Iqboljon Holdorov defeated Chinzorig Baatarsuz of Mongolia in the weight category of 64 kg and won the gold medal.

On 6 May, Murodjon Ahmadaliev (56 kg), Elnur Abduraimov (60 kg), Isroil Madrimov (75 kg) and Bektemir Melikuziev (81 kg) won the gold medals of the ASBC Boxing Championships Tashkent 2017.

Uzbekistan won the first place in the general medal classification.
