Uzbekistan intends to create logistics center in Chinaz district

Tashkent, Uzbekistan ( -- Uzbekistan plans to establish an international logistics center in Chinaz distict of Tashkent region.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On measures to improve the transport infrastructure and diversify foreign trade routes for cargo transportation for 2018-2022”.

The head of Uzbekistan approved a comprehensive program to improve transport infrastructure and diversify the foreign trade routes of cargo transportation.

The center is created for processing and transshipment of large volumes of cargo, within the opening of the route “Urumqi - Khorgos (PRC) / Korgas - Almaty - Taraz - Shymkent - Konysbaeva (Republic of Kazakhstan) / Chinaz (Republic of Uzbekistan)”.

The President instructed to develop and approve the Government Decision on establishment of the Center in 2018-2019.
