President Shavkat Mirziyoyev supported innovative projects of entrepreneurs
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with projects on socio-economic development of Shaykhantakhur district.
It is planned to create a technopark in Oqlon makhalla of Shaykhantakhur district. Here, with participation of commercial banks, it is planned to organize enterprises for production of textile products, ready-made clothes and sporting goods. Implementation of projects will ensure employment of women and youth.
About 2,000 jobs will be created within the framework of the project of LLC Kukcha textile, financed by Asaka Bank, on production of fabrics and garments. With financial assistance of the bank in the city of Nurafshon, Tashkent region, LLC Tuytepa Textile is implementing a new project on production of yarn and indigo denim fabric.
The project of LLC Kukcha Textile on construction of multi-storey housing for workers and a shopping complex was presented.
About 185 enterprises of textile industry are currently operating in Shaykhantakhur district. In 2018-2019, it is planned to implement 8 more projects in this direction and create over 1300 jobs in the district.
The project on organizing production of knitted goods, implemented by LLC Certus textiles, provides for employment of 100 people. 5.6 billion sums will be allocated for implementation of the project.
At the initiative of LLC Genesis Innovation and with financing of Aloqa Bank, a project is being implemented on organizing a business center in ICT. Within its framework, a five-story center will be built with a project cost of 55.5 billion sums, 200 people will be employed.
Presentation of projects financed by the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity, Industrial and Construction Bank JSCB and Ipoteka Bank was also held. Information was presented on projects for organization of modern small industrial zone in Shaykhantakhur district, a multidisciplinary car service complex under the AVTO RITET brand, attracting investments in light industry, building modern housing, a medical and diagnostic center and preschool education institutions, establishing honey processing and packaging.
The Head of the state gave instructions on development of industry on the basis of innovations, studying foreign experience, increasing productivity and competitiveness, supported innovative projects of entrepreneurs.
