Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Fabrics of the Belarusian Kamvol can be used for sewing school uniforms in Uzbekistan.
“Now negotiations are underway on the first deliveries of worsted fabrics to Tashkent, of which the first samples of the form for the students will be sewn. The quality of Belarusian textiles was appreciated by visitors of the largest industry exhibition of Belarus in the wholesale of light industry goods. There were shows of clothing manufacturers, passed training on effective management in the Fashion industry and online commerce,” the report of the Belarus 24 TV channel said.
Kamvol (Minsk Worsted Mill) is one of the largest Belarusian enterprises of the light and textile industry of the Bellegprom concern. The enterprise is the only one in the Republic of Belarus, the largest in the CIS, for the production of pure wool, semi-woolen fabrics for costume and dress purposes.
In August 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan decided to introduce school uniform from the next academic year.
