Russian and Uzbek defense bodies sign agreement on use of airspace of two countries by military aircrafts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Defense Ministers of Russia and Uzbekistan, Army General Sergei Shoigu and Major General Abdusalom Azizov, signed an agreement on the use of the airspace of the two countries by military aircraft.

The agreement will also make it possible to promptly resolve issues related to the transportation of military cargo and carry out non-stop flights with military transport planes.

In addition, the heads of military departments of the two countries signed a plan for cooperation of defense departments for 2019.
