Tashkent, Uzbekistan ( -- GM Uzbekistan terminated a dealership agreement with Kashkadarya Avtotekhkhizmat LLC in connection with violations detected during the monitoring.

According to GM Uzbekistan, from January 2018 to the current period, GM Uzbekistan received 420 appeals from individuals and legal entities regarding the activities of the dealer enterprise Kashkadarya Avtotekhkhizmat LLC.

Of these, 117 calls are related to the action and / or inaction of the employees of the dealership, which are expressed in rude and even humiliating attitudes towards customers. Also, in 10 appeals, the applicants reported about corruption cases.

When studying the documentation on the accounting for the sale of cars in a dealer enterprise, contracts, which were not signed by the dealer enterprise and customers, were identified. These documents will be transferred to the relevant authorities for examination on their authenticity.

When examining 487 valid concluded contracts for vehicles, which were still unreleased, it was revealed that there are 47 contracts in which there are no customers’ signatures.

The inspection revealed that there were excess of cars in warehouse of the company.

The employees of the enterprise also failed to inform customers about delivered cars. In addition, some of the buyers who purchased Spark cars from 10 September to 6 November 2018 did not confirm receipt of a gift voucher for bicycles, which was offered to the buyers as part of the GM Uzbekistan promotion campaign.
