Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two videotapes appeared on the Instagram social network, taken by a group of young people positioning themselves as “bloggers”, “vlogers”, and “prankers”.
In one video, two guys violate public order by playing a fight in one of the capital’s supermarkets. In the second video, one of the “fighters” with another friend staged a carjacking that is being pursued by another car, while grossly violating the road traffic rules.
The Tashkent city policy studied videotapes, posted on Instagram and identified the personalities of young people. They turned out to be the students of one of the higher educational institutions of the capital, 20-year-old Umidjon S. and Akbar A., 18-year-old David T. and 17-year-old Yevgeny K.
Umidjon and David acted out in the supermarket "showdown" scene. According to this fact, in accordance with Article 183 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility, they are charged with responsibility for committing petty hooliganism.
Umidjon also acted in the car incident. Akbar pursued him in a car belonging to Umidjon’s mother. In the “role” of the stolen car, a car belonging to Akbar was used. On this fact, Umidjon and Akbar are charged with committing an offense under Article 135 (“Managing vehicles by persons without documents required by the traffic rules”) of the Administrative Liability Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In addition, with Umidjon S., Akbar A., David T. and Eugene K., who filmed the pranks of his friends on his cell phone, a preventive conversation was conducted.
