Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new international certification center, ACS BIO CERTIFICATION MMC, has been opened in Uzbekistan to implement Organic and GlobalGAP standards. The center was established with the support of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Agriculture and the well-known Turkish company Eco Inspect.

This center has become unique not only for Uzbekistan but for the entire Central Asia region. As part of its activities, specialized training courses have also begun at the Institute of Agro-Innovation and Research, located in Samarkand.

Under the guidance of experienced Turkish specialists Mustafa Chetinkaya and Kamal Karatash, seminars and workshops have been held to address key issues such as certification requirements for GlobalGAP and Organic standards, conducting field trials, and membership criteria.

Specialists who successfully complete the training and pass exams will receive certificates that will enable them to play a key role in bringing Uzbekistan’s products to the international market, adhering to high-quality standards and competitiveness.
