Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Law enforcement agencies in the Tashkent region have uncovered and stopped the activities of a criminal group that created fake websites imitating the official portals my.gov.uz and ijra.gov.uz.

The group’s goal was the illegal preparation of archival documentation for real estate properties.

According to the cadastral service, using these cloned government portals, the offenders managed to produce forged archival documents for approximately 70 real estate objects. The investigation into the suspects has been completed, and they have been held accountable in accordance with the law.

The Cadastral Agency reminds citizens that the only official portal for obtaining government services is my.gov.uz. All operations should be conducted exclusively through this resource or through official public service centers.

It is also emphasized that even when paper copies are available, only entries recorded in the electronic registers carry legal force.

The agency strongly advises citizens to refrain from using suspicious websites to avoid financial losses and legal consequences.
