Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Asadkhodja Muydinkhudjaev has advanced to the final of the World Boxing Championship in the under-65 kg weight category.
The semifinal bout against Georgian boxer Lasha Guruli did not take place due to the opponent’s withdrawal.
As a result, the Uzbek boxer automatically secured a place in the final, where on September 14 he will face Brazil’s Yuri Reis.
