Beeline Uzbekistan Brings High-Speed Connectivity to Hundreds of Communities Across the Fergana Valley
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Over 50 infrastructure projects were completed in the first half of 2025; LTE traffic doubled between 2023 and 2025.
As part of its mission to bridge the digital divide and drive inclusive growth, Beeline Uzbekistan has significantly expanded its mobile network footprint across the Fergana Valley, including the Namangan, Andijan, and Fergana regions. In the seven months of 2025 alone, the operator has already built and modernized nearly 330 network sites across the valley — improving coverage and service quality in one of Uzbekistan’s most densely populated areas. More than 50 comprehensive infrastructure projects have already been completed in the first half of the year.
In the Namangan region, Beeline Uzbekistan extended LTE coverage to both urban centers and previously unconnected rural areas. High-speed mobile internet from Beeline Uzbekistan is now available for the first time in villages of the Yangikurgan district — including Yorilgan, Korapolvon, Bulok, Navkent, Kurik, and Korayantok. A new base station along the highway between the Chust and Pap districts now ensures continuous connectivity. Network modernization efforts were also completed in Namangan and Chust cities, Kasansay, Turakurgan, Chust, and Yangikurgan districts, supporting a significant increase in LTE usage over the past two years.
In the Andijan region, coverage was expanded in nine districts, including remote areas such as the Kumarik mahalla of the Shakhrikhan district, bringing modern digital services to communities that previously lacked connectivity.
In the Fergana region, extensive work was carried out in major cities such as Fergana, Kokand, Kuvasay, and Margilan, as well as in dozens of rural and hard-to-reach districts, including Altyaryk, Baghdad, Besharyk, Buvaydin, Dangara, Kuva, Kushtepa, Rishtan, Tashlak, Uzbekistan, Uchkuprik, Furkat, and Yazyavan. Beeline Uzbekistan’s high-speed mobile internet is now also available in the newly developed Ecoshahar residential complex.
In several remote villages, including Oktom and Arsif in the Fergana district, Tomosha and Girri in Furkat, Khonobod and Arab in Buvayda, and Kiyat in Besharyk, new base stations supporting 2G/3G/4G technologies were installed as part of a broader commitment to universal coverage. Connectivity was also enhanced along key transport corridors, including the area surrounding the newly reopened Kokand Airport, which now benefits from stable voice and data services for travelers, staff, and logistics operators.
“The Fergana Valley is not only one of Uzbekistan’s most densely populated regions — it is also a symbol of growth, productivity, and potential,” said Gediz Sezgin, Director of Technology and Innovation at Beeline Uzbekistan. “Over the past two years, we have built and modernized more than 1,800 base stations across the valley — bringing Beeline Uzbekistan’s fast mobile internet to dozens of locations for the first time. This investment reflects our long-term commitment to enabling connectivity, digital inclusion, and opportunity for all.”
Since the beginning of 2023, Beeline Uzbekistan has built or modernized over 1,800 base stations across the Fergana Valley — including more than 1,300 upgraded sites and over 470 newly constructed ones. This extensive expansion of the LTE network has increased both coverage and capacity in the region, enabling more residents to access reliable, high-speed mobile internet.
LTE traffic across the region has nearly doubled since 2023, reflecting the population’s growing reliance on digital services and Beeline Uzbekistan’s strategic focus on delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity across the country’s most dynamic and densely populated areas. To further boost capacity and data speeds, Beeline Uzbekistan’s technical team has successfully implemented Massive MIMO technology. This multi-antenna solution enables simultaneous service to numerous users and devices in high-density areas. This has already delivered measurable results: average mobile internet speeds per user in the Fergana Valley have increased by nearly 50%, ensuring stable, high-performance connectivity even during peak hours in 2024-2025.
