Beeline Uzbekistan is recognized as the country’s fastest mobile internet and most consistent network by Opensignal
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Independent analytics company Opensignal has published the results for the first half of 2025: Beeline Uzbekistan was named the digital operator with the fastest mobile internet and the most consistent network quality in the country. The company won in two categories – Download Speed Experience and Consistent Quality, and was also a co-winner in the Upload Speed category.
Opensignal, whose research is highly regarded by telecom industry experts, takes a unique approach: data is collected automatically through built-in SDKs in popular applications such as social networks, games, and other services, which eliminates the influence of user actions in such applications. The tests are run 24/7 and cover the full range of online scenarios, from download speeds to video streaming, voice calls, and mobile gaming. Millions of measurements — including passive coverage scans — are analyzed each month in Uzbekistan.
According to Opensignal’s report “Uzbekistan: Regional position & Operator experience - September 2025”, Beeline Uzbekistan delivers the country’s highest average download speed — 20.2 Mbps.
Beeline Uzbekistan also provides the most consistent network in the country. The Consistent Quality metric reflects user experience across key parameters, including bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss, and time-to-first-byte.
In Upload Speed Experience, Beeline Uzbekistan shared the top position with two other leading operators in Uzbekistan, all achieving statistically comparable results within the 5.8–6.6 Mbps range. These metrics reflect the everyday reality for users — from upload and download performance to connection quality and the ability to comfortably use demanding applications such as video platforms, online games, and video calls.
Charles Rutstein, CEO of Opensignal, said: “Beeline Uzbekistan’s win for Fastest Mobile Network and Most Consistent Quality Network demonstrates a clear commitment to enhancing the mobile network experience for Uzbekistan’s users, as verified by Opensignal’s independent methodology. We’re pleased to recognize their continued efforts”.
The official Opensignal Awards ceremony will take place on September 23, 2025, as part of ICT Week Uzbekistan 2025.
“Our victories in these prestigious categories are the direct result of large-scale investments in network development and modernization. Since early 2024, Beeline Uzbekistan has built or upgraded more than 5,850 base stations, significantly improving speed and reliability across the country. Today, our customers are consuming more internet than ever: in July 2025, average monthly usage per data user reached 24 GB — up 52% year-on-year. These investments directly enhance the quality of our services and the digital experience we deliver,” said Gediz Sezgin, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Beeline Uzbekistan.
“Opensignal’s research reaffirms our leadership in mobile internet quality and speed. Our goal is to ensure that Beeline Uzbekistan remains the fastest and most consistent network in the country, unlocking new opportunities for work, communication, and entertainment. These achievements are the result of our long-term strategy of investing in infrastructure and innovation. I am confident that the continued evolution of our network will give our customers even greater freedom in the digital world, enabling them to enjoy the full benefits of cutting-edge communication technologies,” said Andrey Pyatakhin, CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan.
