Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi Introduces Bars Timeflexx T All-Season Tires for Uzbekistan’s Climate

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The automotive tire market in Uzbekistan continues to expand, and the country’s sole tire manufacturer, Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi, has unveiled a new model of all-season tires, the Bars Timeflexx T.

This model was specifically developed to suit local climatic conditions, withstanding temperature fluctuations from –10 to +50 °C, making it suitable for year-round use in the country’s hot summers and mild winters.

Bars Timeflexx T is aimed at drivers who value reliability, comfort, and efficiency. Thanks to an advanced rubber compound with reduced stiffness, the tires effectively absorb vibrations, cushion impacts when driving over rough surfaces, and maintain elasticity even during short-term cold snaps down to –10 °C.

The tread design ensures confident road grip and stable handling on dry, wet, and snowy surfaces. Wide longitudinal grooves combined with zigzag sipes enable rapid water evacuation, reducing the risk of hydroplaning, while improving steering responsiveness. Chamfered edges and drainage elements minimize the likelihood of skidding, and straight sipes provide reliable performance on dry roads.

Particular attention has been paid to wear resistance and durability. A closed shoulder structure and the use of wide tread blocks prevent excessive deformation under high loads while simultaneously reducing noise levels. Chamfered edges protect against uneven wear, and special protrusions at the bottom of the grooves prevent stones from embedding, preserving tire performance. Despite the softness of the rubber compound, Bars Timeflexx T demonstrates a high mileage lifespan.

Earlier, another all-season model, Bars Timeflexx F, was released, featuring a different tread pattern and also designed for operation in regions with a mild climate. Both variants, T and F, are positioned as reliable and long-lasting solutions for year-round use.

All Bars tires undergo dual quality control: mandatory inspection by a qualified inspector and automated diagnostics using specialized equipment. Each unit is tested for defects, strength, durability, and other parameters affecting safety. Only products fully meeting high standards reach the market.

Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi, located in the Angren Free Economic Zone, was commissioned in 2019. The plant produces tires under the Bars brand and is the only rubber products factory in Uzbekistan.

Its annual production capacity is 3 million automotive tires and 100,000 linear meters of conveyor belts. Products that fail quality checks are destroyed with sidewall damage, preventing them from entering the market.

The Angren tire plant is part of the “Tire Business” division of the Tatneft Group, which also includes Ikon Tyres in Vsevolozhsk, Russia, and Tengri Tyres in Saran, Kazakhstan.

All facilities adhere to uniform quality standards in line with the best global industry practices.
