Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from L&T Construction, the general contractor for renewable energy projects in Uzbekistan supported by Saudi investor ACWA Power, conducted a familiarization visit to the enterprises of ChTZ, Elstan, and Mega Trans Energy in cooperation with representatives of the Uzeltekhsanoat Association.

The visit included negotiations on the procurement of electrical equipment necessary for the implementation of large-scale energy projects currently being developed across the country.

L&T Construction specialists, who possess extensive international experience in managing major investment projects, reviewed the production processes, technical capacities, and product range of the visited enterprises.

During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to strengthen trade and economic cooperation, explored the potential for joint initiatives, and considered the implementation of innovative technical solutions in future projects.

This event marked an important step toward expanding major renewable energy initiatives in Uzbekistan, maximizing the potential of local manufacturers, and advancing the country’s industrial infrastructure.
