Passenger Bus Completely Destroyed by Fire in Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A passenger bus operating on route No. 64 was completely destroyed by fire in Tashkent, according to the capital’s Department of Emergency Situations.
The fire was reported on 20 July at 12:44 in the "Birlik" mahalla of Uchtepa district. Emergency crews promptly arrived at the scene by 12:50, and the blaze was fully extinguished just three minutes later at 12:53.
The burned bus belonged to the 18th bus depot. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause and circumstances of the incident.
