Asian Para Games participants get money prizes

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An awarding ceremony of the Para Asian Games in Incheon (South Korea) was held at Museum of Olympic Glory in Tashkent on 30 October 2014.

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed an order on awarding winners and medalists of the Para Asian Games, as well as their coaches with money prizes. The sum of the awards was not disclosed.

Asian Games took place in Incheon from 18 - 26 October 2014. Uzbek athletes won 229 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals. Uzbekistan claimed the fifth place among 41 counties.
