Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - According to the information of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan (Russia), on 22 January 2020, a traffic accident involving a minibus occurred on the M-7 Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod highway in Volodarsky district of Nizhny Novgorod region , as a result of which the driver of this vehicle, a citizen of Uzbekistan B.Kh. died on the spot from injuries.
On the same day, on the Chelyabinsk-Troitsk highway in Chelyabinsk region, a passenger car collided with a lorry. According to the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Yekaterinburg, as a result of an accident, a driver of a car and all passengers, including a citizen of Uzbekistan V.P., were killed.
The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan and Yekaterinburg have taken control of the situation and are in touch with the local competent authorities of Nizhny Novgorod and Chelyabinsk regions of Russia, they are engaged in resolving consular and legal and organizational issues regarding the removal of the bodies of victims to their homeland.
