Uzbekistan 28/06/2007 Tenth plenary session of Senate to open on 29 June

Tenth plenary session of the Senate [upper house] of Oliy Majlis [parliament] of the Republic of Uzbekistan will open on 29 June. This decision was made by the Senate Kengash (council).

The senators will consider a number of laws adopted by the Legislative Chamber [lower house] of Oliy Majlis and submitted to the Senate for approval.

The Senate will also consider other issues within its competency, UzA reported.
