Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan from 9 to 11 June.

During the visit, high-level negotiations are planned, along with the participation of the Bulgarian delegation in official and business events. Following the meetings, a package of bilateral agreements aimed at expanding multifaceted cooperation is expected to be signed.

The presidents will discuss prospects for strengthening mutually beneficial partnership, including increasing the volume of mutual trade, developing cooperation in the agro-industrial complex, pharmaceuticals, extractive industries, and digitalization. Special attention will be paid to tourism and cultural-humanitarian exchanges.

In addition, Rumen Radev will participate in the 4th Tashkent International Investment Forum, where discussions on investment potential and opportunities for Bulgarian-Uzbek cooperation will take place.
