Sansei Corporation to Supply Four Mobile Medical Units to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 8 September, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan with Naoki Shova, President of the Japanese company Sansei Corporation.

The discussions focused on the prospects for implementing the second phase of a US$6.5 million grant project, which provides for the delivery of four additional mobile medical container units to the country.

It is recalled that under the first phase of the project in 2022, funded by a Japanese government grant, the first medical container equipped with a modern CT scanner was delivered to Uzbekistan.

The initiative is expected to significantly modernize the healthcare system, expand the capacity to provide fast and high-quality medical care to the population, and improve access to advanced medical services in the regions.
