Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Airports JSC has announced a series of auctions for the lease of commercial spaces at Tashkent International Airport.

Two 100-square-meter lots are available on the third floor of the international departures terminal for the establishment of food outlets. According to the technical specifications, these outlets must operate under either international or local brands. The starting annual rental price for each lot is set at 600 million soums (excluding VAT).

Another food service point is planned in the sterile zone of the departure lounge — a 20-square-meter lot intended for a coffee corner. The starting annual rental price for this space is 720 million soums (excluding VAT).

Additionally, a lot for the installation of ATMs is available in the check-in area, with a starting price of 18 million soums per year (excluding VAT).

In the international arrivals hall, a 2-square-meter lot is being auctioned for the installation of a self-service taxi kiosk (taxomat), allowing passengers to book taxis independently. The starting annual rental price for this lot is 12 million soums (excluding VAT).

All auctions will be held on 29 May 2025, via the online platform E-auksion.uz. Participation is only permitted for applicants that fully meet the technical requirements specified for each lot on the website.

According to auction rules, starting prices may increase by at least 10% during the bidding process.
