Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A Tesla electric vehicle caught fire on the night of 17 April in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent, on Yalangach Street, according to the city’s Department of Emergency Situations.

The fire was reported at 11:51 PM, and fire crews arrived on the scene within five minutes. The blaze was fully extinguished by 11:59 PM. Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the extent of the material damage.
