Toyloq Toza Hudud wins auction for “Terekli” site with bid of 81.8 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 August, an auction was held on the E-auksion platform for the right to conduct geological exploration at the “Terekli” site in the Akhangaran district of Tashkent region.

The bidding lasted 11 hours and 50 minutes, concluding after 377 rounds. The winner was Toyloq Toza Hudud, which offered 81.8 billion soums (about US$6.5 million) — 19.8 times higher than the starting price of 4.12 billion soums (around US$330,000).

The site covers 65 hectares, with estimated gold reserves of two tons. It is located 9.6 km southeast of the village of Shaugaz.

Earlier, on 15 August, Bargi Sabz Import Export won the auction for the “Akkazat” site, covering 926 hectares and situated 68.2 km southeast of Zarafshan. The company’s winning bid was 24.92 billion soums, six times higher than the starting price of 4.1 billion soums. The site’s estimated gold reserves are five tons.

Toyloq Toza Hudud was registered in April 2018 in Yangiyul, Tashkent region. Its main business activity is specialized construction work. The company’s founder, Kamgar Kambiz, also holds stakes in more than ten other firms.

On 14 August, Zhongcheng Mining won the auction for the “Chettik” site, located 15 km from Gijduvan district in Bukhara region, with a bid of 35.6 billion soums, which is 8.6 times the starting price of 4.1 billion soums. The site covers 1,314 hectares, with estimated reserves of 4.57 tons of gold. The company was registered on August 8, 2025, and its founder is Shi Chunhuan.

On 20 August, in Navoi region, the “Temirchi” site with estimated reserves of six tons of gold was sold at auction. The exploration rights were granted to Zauris, which bid 67.8 billion soums.
