Uzbek Pharmaceutical Development Agency Discusses Drug Export and Registration in the U.S. with USP

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, held a meeting with Zakia Al-Kurdi, Director for Government Policy and Regulatory Affairs at the United States Pharmacopeia (USP).

During the discussion, they addressed the processes and requirements for drug registration in the United States, explored export opportunities, and exchanged views on practical areas of mutual cooperation.

Additionally, the topic of USP Convention membership and the possibility of the Agency’s participation in the process was considered.
