Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In the first five months of 2025, Uzbekistan significantly increased its peanut exports, shipping 5.9 thousand tons abroad for a total value of US$5.6 million, according to data from the National Statistics Committee.

Kazakhstan emerged as the primary destination, accounting for 2.4 thousand tons of the exported volume.

Other major importers included Azerbaijan (713 tons), Russia (648 tons), Pakistan (497 tons), and Turkmenistan (464 tons). Additionally, around 1.2 thousand tons were exported to several other countries.
