Uzbekistan Launches Online Service to Check Debt Under Enforcement Proceedings
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new online service has been launched in Uzbekistan that allows individuals and companies to check for outstanding debts under enforcement proceedings. The service was introduced by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE).
The platform is publicly accessible on the official BCE website and features a registry of individuals and legal entities deemed insolvent or delinquent due to non-fulfillment of financial obligations. Both individuals and organizations can be checked through the system.
To perform a search, users simply need to enter:
A personal identification number (PINFL) to check an individual;
A taxpayer identification number (TIN) to check a company.
The registry is expected to become a useful tool when entering into various agreements, helping users assess the financial reliability of potential partners in advance.
Individuals or organizations listed in the registry can only be removed after fully settling their debts. Once the payment is made, they must contact the relevant regional branch of the BCE responsible for the specific enforcement case.
In case of errors or if clarification is needed, users are advised to call the hotline at 1107 or +998 71 231-11-07.
