Uzbekistan showcases over 100 products at KAZANFORUM Economic Forum
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by the Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade, took part in the 16th International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KAZANFORUM,” held in Kazan.
At the national “Made in Uzbekistan” stand, more than 100 products were showcased by 75 domestic manufacturers. Key sectors represented included construction materials, textiles, electronics, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and furniture production.
The collective Uzbek stand attracted numerous high-profile visitors, including Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Agalarov Development Emin Agalarov, as well as representatives of diverse business communities.
Over 50 B2B meetings were held on the sidelines of the forum, focusing on the discussion of new export contracts for Uzbek products to Russia and exploring prospects for joint manufacturing projects, primarily between the regions of both countries.
