Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 26 June 2025, “On Measures for the Introduction of Modern Services by the Treasury Service Committee and the Off-Budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance”, the country is set to undergo a phased digital transformation in treasury operations and pension services.

The document outlines the key goals and directions of the upcoming reforms, with a strong emphasis on the creation of compact regional service offices by fully digitizing and automating processes, thereby making public services faster and more user-friendly.

As a result of implementing modern solutions, all state services in the treasury and pension sectors are expected to transition to a proactive, electronic, and interactive format.

Starting from 1 July 2026, the treasury system will introduce a unified digital platform called “Digital Treasury”, which aims to automate all processes related to public financial management, enhancing the transparency and efficiency of treasury operations.

The next phase of reform will focus on the pension system. Beginning 1 December 2026, the government will launch a new online service titled “My Pension”, enabling citizens to preview their estimated future pension amounts based on available electronic data on employment history and income.

Simultaneously, all pension-related services will be fully digitized and equipped with automated (proactive) initiation features, as well as interactive consultations and notifications.

These measures aim to improve the quality and accessibility of government services, reduce the administrative burden on citizens, and enhance public engagement in key social and financial areas.
