According to the decision of shareholders of the UZEX, the exchange will pay dividends for 160.017 soums per ordinary share or 72.7% to par value.

Total number of ordinary shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 24,986,140 units.

As reported earlier, open joint stock company Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UZEX) received 7.81 billion soums of net income in 2012 against 4.871 billion soums in 2011.
