The exchange recorded 98 deals with 9.3 million shares of 26 issuers in June, the exchange said.

The IPO accounted 5.1 billion soums or 54.2% in the reporting period. Turnover of the secondary market was 4.3 billion soums or 45.8%.

The average size of the exchange deal in June made u 95.4 million soums in June (147 million soums in June 2012).

The average size of the daily deal reached 445.4 million soums in the reporting period against 820.1 million soums in June 2012.

The average price of one stock was 1,008.1 soums in June 2013 against 704.9 soums in the same period of 2012.

Largest deal of the month was recorded on 29 June 2013. Shares of Uzpromstroybank were placed for 1.8 billion soums at the IPO market (652,900 shares).

Shares of financial enterprises – banks and insurance companies – were highly demanded in June. Their share made up 93.4% in total turnover or 8.7 billion soums, including banks – 86.5% or 8.1 billion soums, leasing companies – 4.5% or 0.4 billion soums and insurance companies – 2.4% or 0.2 billion soums.

There was also demand for securities of social enterprises – 3.6% or 0.3 billion soums and construction enterprises – 1.3% or 0.1 billion soums.
